DIGICARE BIOMEDICAL TECHNOLOGY INC. is a thriving and dynamic South Florida manufacturer of Patient Monitoring Systems. We have been designing and manufacturing sophisticated medical systems for over 25 years in Palm Beach County. Our proprietary products are for clinical health care markets in cardiology, intensive care, anesthesia monitoring, pediatrics, neonatology, emergency, veterinary and lab animal research. The Company's product lines focus on several different models for each individual patient monitoring market. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Warehouse Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilies:

  • Implement a MRP/ERP System
  • Organize and implement all material functions including material planning and procurement.
  • Directs material control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage.
  • Directs material planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts.
  • Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines.
  • Maintains and ensures accuracy of the perpetual inventory system.
  • Oversees shipping and receiving functions related to purchased parts and finished goods.
  • Performs write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory to reflect accurate value of inventory.
  • Establishes procedures for conducting and valuing year-end physical inventory.
  • Work closely with department leaders to communicate and coordinate cross-functional efforts and continuous improvement activities
  • Resolve material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure deliveries are received on time.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proven experience in implementing and maintaining an MRP/ERP system, experience with Misys and Sage50 is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Excellent organizational and planning skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· 5+ years’ experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics and supply chain management is preferred.

· Bachelors’ degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any similar field is plus

· Agile learner and proficient at working on computers

Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be capable of going up and down stairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Bench Technician

What we need:

We are in need of a diligent, hardworking, team player and organized individual who would support our production line and be a member of our fast growing Digicare Family. Candidate must be flexible and able to work under minimum supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

· Comply with all guidelines, procedures and work instructions of the company as mandated by FDA and ISO13485 Regulations

· Follow all company guidelines, rules and regulations

· Populate PCB’s both for production and engineering use (Prototypes)

· Completion and Testing of PCB Assemblies

· Sub-assembly and Final Assembly of all Digicare Monitors

· Rework of Non-Conforming Materials and Monitors

· Repair of Service Units

· Maintain safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of electronics principle. Familiarity and/or understanding of basic electronic components.

· Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams.

· Soldering capability. Must be skilled in soldering both through-hole-devices and surface mount devices.

· Must be able and willing to lift at least 50lbs.

· Must have good morals and working ethics

· Must be a team player.

Assembler

What we need:

We are in need of a diligent, hardworking, team player and organized individual who would support our production line and be a member of our fast growing Digicare Family. Candidate must be flexible and able to work under minimum supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

· Comply with all guidelines, procedures and work instructions of the company as mandated by FDA and ISO13485 Regulations

· Follow all company guidelines, rules and regulations

· Maintain and organize production materials

· Assemble panels and cables required in production line

· Final assembly and production tests of monitors

· Maintain safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:

· Must be able and willing to lift at least 50lbs.

· Must have good morals and working ethics

· Must be a team player
